• Built-in manual sifter; side rails hold a tote pan for catching sifted reclaimed breading mix.
• Canted upper shelf holds container of fresh chicken that has been prepped and ready to apply breading.
• A spring-loaded, hinged dipping basket sits inside the batter dip pan. Speeds up the batter dip process … hinged basket makes quick and easy work of dumping chicken pieces directly into the breading pan. Optional free-move, hanging dip basket available as alternative.
• Stainless steel pans lift out for quick clean-up.
• Breader pan has removable bottom plug; when ready to sift, remove and allow breading mix to dump directly into the sifter pan below.
• Removable 14” x 22” staging tray attaches (without tools) to either side of the cabinet … stage breaded product ready for frying. Breading fall-off is directed back into breader pan.
