In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your order you can reach out to us at email@example.com or call Customer Success at (855) 632-33673. Please do so within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to consumable food items, we, at our sole discretion, may issue a partial or full refund for the product.
We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory product at the expense of the consumer, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund will be issued. Subject to this policy, PFSbrands grants you a limited license to utilize our products for personal, non-commercial use.
